Dinners are served Monday to Friday at The Prune Restaurant, 151 Albert Street, Stratford. Seating from 6:30pm, Dinner service commences promptly at 7pm. with an address by student chefs. All dinners include a minimum of four courses, aperitifs and wines to complement the food. Reservations accepted until 3:30pm.
Lunches are served Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Rundles Bistro, 9 Cobourg Street, Stratford. Seating begins at 11:30am and service will commence as patrons arrive. Bring your own bottle of wine and pay $5 corkage fee. Reservations accepted until 5pm the day BEFORE.
CR = Culinary Repertoire Dinner Series $49.50pp (Our introductory series presents four course menus with wine pairings. This series showcases 28 years of Stratford Chefs School favourites)
INT = International Menu Dinner Series $63.00pp (An in-depth study of selected North American and International chefs' most renowned styles of cuisine)
Lunch $28.50pp (*BYOW $5 corkage fee) (Menus created by our student chefs, in conjunction with our local producers)
CHR = Christmas Menu $36.75pp Lunch/ $77.00pp Dinner (Luncheon and Dinner menus specially created for the occasion)
CIR = Chef in Residence Menu $105.00pp (Critically acclaimed chefs are invited to the Stratford Chefs School for One week to demonstrate their unique culinary vision)
WC = Western Canadian Guest Chef Menu $71.50pp (Celebrated chefs from the western regions of Canada are invited to the Stratford Chefs School for a few days to demonstrate western Canadian cuisine)
