The Stratford Chefs School produces a limited number of communiques about the ongoing life of the school and its wonderful students. The publications include our annual Culinary Capers newsletter which summarizes the current year's activities. Special bulletins are published by email to announce individual events such as Patrons' Reception, student awards, our summer event Long Table Dinner and so on.
