Passionate about nutrition from a young age, Amy started working in the kitchen of a long-term care facility after high school. Currently still in her position after 7 years, Amy has also completed her undergraduate degree at University of Western Ontario in Health Sciences with a focus on health promotion and nutrition, a certificate in business from the University of East Anglia in England, a Food Service Worker diploma. She is now completing a Masters in Public Health from University of Sheffield. U.K. Her dissertation focuses on nutrition and health promotion. Residing in London Ontario, Amy is an avid food lover, animal enthusiast, and traveler.
