Prior to attending the Stratford Chefs School, Bob spent 20 years working in restaurants in Winnipeg, Hamilton, Ottawa, and Stratford. While living in Hamilton, he attended the Mohawk College Small Business Management Degree Program and graduated top of his class. In Ottawa, he worked in a fine dining restaurant called Noah’s as their dining room manager. There he realized his passion for cooking and decided it was time for a change again. He moved to Stratford in 2004 to go to the Stratford Chef School where he graduated with honours in 2006. After finishing Chefs School, he worked at Carter’s on Downie and The Annex Room. Since then, Bob has spent the last 8 years representing the Stratford Chefs School as their lead Recruitment and Admissions Officer. He is also the Executive Chef of his own Private Chef company, Gourmet Chef at Your Table.
