Cortney Zettler graduated from the Stratford Chefs School in 2012. She had the pleasure of being the Assistant Program Coordinator for Savour Stratford in 2014. She spent the 2016 season as the Chef at Keystone Alley. Cortney enjoys getting to know local producers and incorporating their products into new creations. Her cooking career has been evolving from the young age of fourteen and she now excels at making innovative dishes, while always keeping balance in mind.
