Media guests are invited to a closed hour-long event before we open our doors to the public celebration. Be the first to discover this year’s incredible Appetite for Words author lineup, including the announcement of the Stratford Chefs School’s distinguished 2018 Joseph Hoare Gastronomic Writer in Residence. In anticipation of the Stratford Chefs School’s 35th Anniversary, media guests will be the first to learn of exciting events to mark the milestone. You are then encouraged to move throughout the kitchens and dining room of the Stratford Chefs School at 136 Ontario Street sampling complimentary bites and beverages inspired by the writings of our event’s featured authors. Take this excellent opportunity to meet and interview guest writers Cameron Stauch (SCS Alumni ’99,Vegetarian Việt Nam) and Jeff Crump (SCS Alumni ’97, Earth to Table).
We hope you will join us for this unique event combining the literary and culinary arts!
