Get Cooking! | Make At Home Charcuterie

Whether you love to entertain or enjoy the simplicity and ease of winter ploughman-style meals, discover professional tricks behind making delicious from-scratch charcuterie. Learn new recipes, as well as safe food storage and presentation techniques. At the end of class sample charcuterie with a celebratory glass of sparkling wine.
