Get Cooking! | Thai Curry
Intensive workshops focused on themed recipes.
Add some spice to your meal planning! Learn recipes and the techniques needed to successfully create exquisite regional Thai curry dishes using a variety of curry pastes. After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of wine. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home chef.
Green curry paste = Khiao Wan Kung – green curry with shrimp
Red curry paste = Kaeng Hang Le – red curry with pork belly pineapple and ginger
Yellow curry paste = yellow curry with sweet potato and spinach

Health Board regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.
This class has a maximum capacity of 14 students.
Classes are for students 16 years and older.
Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
