Adapted from our Open Kitchen Master Class series, Chef Eli will guide you through this curated, Asian inspired menu. You’ll learn how Chef Eli cures and smokes fish and then rolls it into sushi. You’ll make a classic restaurant style pork steam bun at home – steamer optional! – with SCS fermented kimchi and cucumbers that you quick pickle yourself! Lastly, we’ll introduce you to the tantalizing flavour of yuzu, paired with a refreshing citrus panna cotta to round out the meal. Bon Appetit!

Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has planned the meal and will do all the prep; you just have to finish the cooking at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured, farm-to-table ingredients you need are packed in the kit; a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions and video tutorials are also provided.
Chef Eli’s video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and – if you want more – you can learn how he did the prep as well!
