Inspired by our Open Kitchen Master Class series, it’s the Ultimate Burger! We’ll handle the prep and grind you a fresh 6oz sirloin, short rib and brisket beef burger, paired with a house milk bun, full sour pickles and a refreshing vinegar-based potato salad. Learn the fundamentals of grilling as you complete 3 summertime courses at home – all without turning on the oven!
ULTIMATE BURGER MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured ingredients prepped to make the following three course meal:
Tomato crostini with herbed ricotta
House ground 6 oz burger | House milk bun, full sour pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion
Mayo-free Potato Salad
Pineapple with shaved chocolate and Chantilly cream

Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has planned the meal and will do all the prep; you just have to finishthe cooking at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured, farm-to-table ingredients you need are packed in the kit; a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions and video tutorials are also provided.
Chef Eli’s video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and – if you want more – you can learn how he did the prep as well!
