Jordan Mazzanti is a sommelier at Langdon Hall Relais and Chateaux. He is a certified sommelier through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers. Jordan started his restaurant career washing dishes here in Stratford and has done every job in a wide range of restaurants. He has spent his entire adult life working in restaurants and hospitality all over the world, from managing an Asian-fusion restaurant in Australia to his current role at the 4th best restaurant in Canada. Jordan spends his spare time educating new sommelier candidates and hospitality professionals, including his newest project and future junior sommelier, his newborn son Leo!
