Preparatory Course

The Stratford Chefs School offers an optional 35-hour intensive Preparatory Course for students enrolled in our 32 Week Professional Diploma with Cook Apprenticeship.

The Preparatory Course takes place during the week before Orientation week (early October), and covers basic techniques in cooking, pastry, sanitation and safety.

Students who complete the Preparatory Course earn valuable knowledge and build confidence in the kitchen to help prepare them for the beginning of classes.

Enrolment in the Preparatory Course is determined through the Admissions process.

The fee for the Preparatory Course is $900
