SCS Dough went on sale in October and due to extremely high demand, we have sold out of our initial inventory. Stay tuned here for updates on our next release of SCS Dough, date TBD.


SCS Dough is sold for $100 in set packages of $5, $10 and $20 units = $120 of SCS Dough, and is redeemable at full denomination value.


Terms & Conditions

SCS Dough may be applied towards any SCS merchandise, Dinner Series, or Open Kitchen cooking class. It cannot be redeemed for tickets to SCS fundraising events, nor can it be redeemed for a donation. SCS Dough is not eligible for use in conjunction with discount codes or SCS Alumni, Student or Staff discounts. SCS Dough is not redeemable for cash, is non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. SCS Dough does not expire. Payment can be made via cash or debit. Credit Card payments are subject to a 5% service fee.

Open Kitchen | 2019 Spring Explorer Course

A week long intensive sneak peek of the Stratford Chefs School’s

professional culinary arts program during March Break.

This hands-on intensive is perfect for anyone interested in examining a future career in the culinary arts. Successfully apply to the Stratford Chefs School after completing the Spring Explorer Course and have $400 applied towards the tuition for the Preparatory Course.

Monday, March 11 to Friday, March 15, 2019       10:00am – 2:00pm daily

Instructor: Eli Silverthorne        $400 per person (including HST)
