Top Achievement: Without a doubt, the most significant and remarkable part of my life is and always will be, my daughter. It has been said, “Goodness is about character – integrity, honesty, kindness, generosity, moral courage and the like. More than anything, it is about how we treat other people”. Above anything I have ever experienced so far, is the realization and belief that goodness of character, trumps everything in life. No matter what your “Top Achievement” is or will be, without integrity, you are no one. I have never measured my success by things that I have accomplished, which I would say are very few, but more in how I have loved and treated others. If integrity could be considered a top achievement, I would say it is one that I strive for daily.

Favourite Food: My mother’s Osso Bucco!

Quirky Fact: I have a major problem with teensy weensy miniature “anything’s” like little hotel soaps/shampoos, minuscule tobasco bottles, tiny mustard jars, baby clothes, you get the picture…

Career Goal: It is my hope to one day run my own successful catering business with a side focus on cooking classes.
