Summer Internship: The Cambridge Mill

Favourite Food: I don’t really have a favourite; however, I enjoy trying new foods and get inspired by any dish I may never have tried before.

Favourite Kitchen task/position: I enjoyed working pans as I was responsible for the preparation of pastas and all fish proteins.

Career goals/aspirations post-SCS: My goal is to continue working at The Cambridge Mill and other restaurants owned by Pearle Hospitality; to get involved with the company and grow my own network of chefs.

Fun Fact: I was delayed in School and was told by experts that I would never succeed In school. I’m on a mission to prove the experts wrong by excelling as a person, and in a career.
