Amy Columbos

Name: Amy Columbos

Hometown: I grew up on a ranch near Turner Valley, Alberta

Summer Internship: Sauté at the Keystone Alley Café in Stratford

Top Achievement: Completing Level 1 at Stratford Chef school.

Favourite Food: I love Vietnamese pho with lots of sprouts, basil, and chili sauce. A medium-rare steak from our beef back home is a close second.

Quirky Fact: I enjoy listening to music and singing in the kitchen. It helps keep me relaxed on long days.

Career Goal: I would love to have a homestead and small vineyard in Nova Scotia with a restaurant that could showcase all the food grown locally.
