Hometown: Born in Leon, Gto. Mexico but grew up in Mississauga, Ontario.

Summer Internship: I was given the opportunity to work as pastry at The Prune in Stratford, Ontario.

Top Achievement: My sister and I ran 10k in Israel in order to raise money for an amazing organization called Shalva.

FavouriteFood: Is definitely quesadillas made with fresh corn tortillas,Oaxaca cheese, and chorizo with a bowl of freshly cut papaya on the side.

Quirky Fact: I love painting food with watercolours.

Career Goal: I hope to one day own a bakery with many authentic Mexican and European pastries that I would learn while traveling and working in Europe and from my family back in Mexico.
