Favourite Kitchen task/position: I really enjoy working the line during a busy service. There is a rush that comes with it. Each person working has to come together with one another. When the service is over, and has went smoothly, there is a confidence that comes with it.
Career goals/aspirations post-SCS: My aspiration after graduating from SCS is to one day open my own self-sustainable restaurant; but for now, I would like to explore the agriculture behind the food we make and the process that goes into creating the ‘farm to table’ lifestyle.
Fun Fact: I enjoy photography, of both food and nature. It’s interesting to play with the different colours and textures that can go into a photo and what can really make the subject stand out, similarly to plating dishes in a kitchen.
