Top Achievement: Was the Recipient of the Canadian Hospitality Foundation Scholarship, the Level 1 BMO Financial Group Scholarship.
Favourite Food: Pasta. End of discussion.
Quirky Fact: I can hear a song for the first time and remember like 90% of the lyrics.
Career Goal: Hope to have traveled across the world and gained as much knowledge as possible from different food cultures. Then once I have gained enough knowledge I want to teach high school or post secondary to share that knowledge with upcoming generations of chefs.
