Dean Pazianos

Name: Dean Pazianos

Hometown: Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Summer Internship: I spent the summer as an apprentice under Brandon Gries at the Belmont Bistro in Waterloo.

Top Achievement: It has to be embracing change and growth to pack up all my belongings and moving out of Thunder Bay to attend the Stratford Chefs School.

Favorite Food: That is a tough one! I have fond memories of my grandmother making fresh spanakopita and devouring it as a child. I also have a terrible sweet tooth.

Quirky Fact: I have a large cat named Stan the man who I’ll happily talk to anyone about.

Career Goal: I would love to run my own kitchen one day with like minded individuals who are all working towards a common goal.
