Top Achievement: My top achievement is when I went to New York in this past spring for 2 weeks. During that time I worked in a variety of different restaurants.

Favourite Food: My favourite food is hard question because it changes very often, but currently foie gras with a fresh blueberry lemon compote or black and white cookies.

Quirky Fact: Bill Murray was my childhood baseball coach.
