Favourite Food: Surprisingly, I do not have a favourite food! Instead, the thrill and satisfied curiosity of trying a new dish is what I love the most; if I had to choose, it would have to be cephalapods, based on the texture and mouth-feel.
(Editor’s note: A cephalopod is any member of the molluscan class Cephalopoda such as a squid, octopus, or nautilus.)
Favourite Kitchen task/position: Poissonneur and all things seafood
Career goals/aspirations post-SCS: I plan on creating a strong foundation to grow from. Further honing my skills as a young cook, becoming proficient in my passion and gaining crucial experience with great chefs and cooks alike will greatly assist my end goal, that being to have my very own small restaurant where the focus is dedicated to excellent food and service, community presence, and environmental awareness.
Fun Fact: No matter the food, I will most definitely try it at least once!
