Career goals/aspirations post-SCS: I would love to travel and learn different styles of cooking in as many restaurants as I can. Continuing my learning and experiences after Stratford Chefs School. My end goal is to one day open up my own Bakery/Restaurant combination.

Fun Fact: I am one of seven brothers.
