Summer Internship: Devlin’s Country Bistro

Favourite Food: I call it chicken bruschetta as it consists of chicken Alfredo with bruschetta mixed in with the Alfredo sauce.

Favourite Kitchen task/position: Everything. I enjoy learning all aspects of the kitchen. There is no task too big nor too small to learn.

Career goals/aspirations post-SCS: To travel the country acquiring vast amounts of knowledge about different styles and cuisines.

Fun Fact: I never knew what a ladle was before entering a kitchen almost 3 1/2 years ago.
