Culinary School: Program Manager

Culinary School: How Our Program Manager Helps Students Succeed.

One of the most important people at Stratford Chefs School is Program Manager Randi Rudner. Randi runs all aspects of our Culinary School programming (and teaches too!). As Program Manager, it is Randi’s job to ensure the highest quality is attained in the School’s culinary program, curriculum, and faculty. She provides leadership and oversight in many areas, including:

-Making sure that the School’s values and standards for ethical behaviour and business practices are met.

-Providing a safe and supportive environment for all students and faculty.

-Reviewing and revising curriculum, ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

In all she does, the end goal for Randi as a Program Manager is to promote student success in the Culinary School’s Cook Apprenticeship program.

Randi understands what it’s like to be a student here in Stratford; she graduated from the program herself in 2012, and is an accomplished Chef and experienced Instructor. She possesses in-depth knowledge of the Program, Apprenticeship, and the Culinary Industry as a whole.

Randi is dedicated to supporting students and getting them what they need to be successful, whether they need some guidance on financial aid, community mental health supports, challenges with course material, or ideas for prospective employment.
