Spotlight on: DAVID HAWKSWORTH

Celebrated Chef David Hawksworth has been at the forefront of the Canadian culinary scene since returning home after spending more than a decade in Europe, honing his talents at some of the world’s most recognized Michelin starred restaurants including Le Manior Quat’ Saisons, L’Escargot, and The Square. And now he is our newest International Inspiration – join us for our Hawksworth-inspired Dinner on Thursday January 11.

Since bursting onto the scene in 2011, Hawksworth Restaurant in downtown Vancouver has earned its place amongst the finest restaurants in the world, winning multiple accolades from renowned local and international authorities, recognized for its compelling and technically skilled cuisine, deep and diverse wine list, and warm, genuine hospitality.

 

Hawksworth showcases ingredient-led contemporary cuisine, that is firmly rooted in the classics. Using only the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and from around the world, bold, bright flavours are presented in skillfully executed dishes that echo nostalgia with a modern and local twist.

Located in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, the dining room is a Vancouver landmark that is steeped in history, reimagined to deliver three distinct rooms including the cocktail bar and lounge, the elegant pearl room, and the art room.
