When you arrive, please ring the doorbell in the vestibule; your kit will be ready for pick up by 4pm. Please wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.
ITALIAN 3 course MEAL KIT includes all recipes and pre-measured, prepped components for the following meal:
MENU:
Whey polenta with house ricotta and sautéed mushrooms
Potato and spinach tortellini in a smoked tomato sauce
Caesar Salad
Tiramisu
Finished by you at home:
Dredge/sear polenta
Saute mushrooms, heat and plate
Boil pasta, reheat sauce and add to pasta
Dress lettuce, garnish salad
