Prospective culinary students are invited to audit a Level 1 Practical Cookery class (approx four hours), and meet current students and Instructors. After auditing the class, a personalized campus tour and discussion hour allows prospective students to understand the format of our professional hands-on training program, and also tour the School’s facilities, ask questions, and learn about the Stratford community.
