Cooking Classes

‘Open Kitchen’ COOKING CLASSES for the public are held in our off-season at the School’s professional kitchens for enthusiastic home cooks, keen children and their parents, and those seeking to refine their skills in a specific culinary area. Classes are generally for 12 to 15 guests maximum, and range from $45 to $85 per person, depending on the class/menu.

Classes are offered March through early October with Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne.

Chef Eli ran the kitchen and the ensemble of amateur chefs like a conductor directs and pulls the best performance from their symphony orchestra. And the result was an amazing and sumptuous three course meal of our own making, paired with the perfect wine.

I loved every minute of it. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
