Dinners for the public are presented by our Level 2 Students, as part of their hands-on training, from late October to late February, on Tuesday through Saturday evenings, with a different curated, multi-course menu each night.

Another fabulous year at the SCS lab dinners. I love attending as many as I can to see how students are progressing in all factors of the business, from front of house to preparation and execution. Looking forward to next season already!

Student Chef Lab Dinners feature a different multi-course prix fixe menu each evening, with optional wine pairings, Tuesday through Saturday, from late October through late February.
In the spring and summer, the School offers ‘Open Kitchen’ Cooking classes for the public.

Chef Eli ran the kitchen and the ensemble of amateur chefs like a conductor directs and pulls the best performance from their symphony orchestra. And the result was an amazing and sumptuous three course meal of our own making, paired with the perfect wine. I loved every minute of it. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The School hosts several special events through the School year, giving students opportunities to gain hands-on experience and engage with the community, and allowing the School to raise needed funds.
Special events such as our End of Year Gala & Auction and Season Opener are wonderful ways we engage with the public, celebrate the School, and show the students in action!
My goodness, such a fun evening. Our hats are tipped to all of the graduating students. Everything was sumptuous. Dinner was spectacular.
