Stratford Chefs School is a not-for-profit career college focused on the innovative, hands-on training of high quality, aspiring chefs and culinary entrepreneurs.

Stratford Chefs School has offered culinary training since 1983. We offer a single Professional Culinary Diploma Program and have spent more than thirty-seven years perfecting it!

Since 1983, the School has helped set the standard for excellence in professional culinary training in Canada and graduated over 800 students who contribute to the development of a distinctive Canadian cuisine.
