Thank you for ordering our Open Kitchen @Home Sourdough Starter Kit with Video Instruction.

Pick up your pre-paid kit between 4-6pm at: SCS Kitchens, 136 Ontario Street, Stratford ON

When you arrive, please ring the doorbell in the front vestibule; your kit will be ready for pick up by 4pm. Please wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.

You’ll learn Stratford Chefs School techniques and tips, while making delicious bread to enjoy at home. Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has provided the theory, recipes and your living starter culture, now you can add the ingredients and finish the baking at home with our video tutorials to guide you along the way.
