When you arrive, please ring the doorbell in the vestibule; your kit will be ready for pick up by 4pm. Please wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.
MEXICAN 3 course MEAL KIT includes all recipes and pre-measured, prepped components for the following meal:
MENU
Chicken tortilla soup
Pork belly with herbed green mole & smoked crème fraiche, with pickled pearl onions
Churros with spiced chocolate sauce
Finished by you at home:
Heat, garnish, serve soup
Reheat in water bath, then sear pork, reheat mole and add herb puree
Garnish and plate churros with dip served on the side
