The 2021 Open Kitchen @ Home event schedule has something for every palate, preference and learning style! Offerings now include simple 2 course Quick Meal Kits and an International Series of 3 course menu kits, all ready to finish at home, complete with written instructions, recipes and video tutorials.
You’ll learn Stratford Chefs School cooking techniques and tips, while completing the finishing steps of our Open Kitchen @HomeMeal Kits.
Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne plans the menus and does the prep; you finish the cooking and dine at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured ingredients you need are packed in the kit.
Chef Eli’s video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and – if you want more – you can learn how he did all the prep as well!
Up next: A series of Digital Cooking Classes where you supply your own ingredients, and Chef Eli provides the video instruction!
