Instructor: Lab Service

Instructor: Lab Service

Retiring from teaching after 27 years, Christopher moved to Stratford from Toronto in 2012.  Wanting to do something different, he enrolled in the training programme at The International Butler Academy in The Netherlands.  Graduating at the top of his class, he was asked to remain at the Academy as Head Butler both to train classes and to be private butler to the Academy owner.  In this position, he travelled extensively in Europe, and to China and South Africa.

Christopher returned permanently to Stratford in 2014 and joined the front of house staff at Rundles for its last three seasons.  He has worked at various restaurants including The Prune and Montforte.  He has also worked privately at special dinners and at major events for the Stratford Shakespearean Festival, and for two years with a local catering company.

He looks forward to helping the students navigate the intricacies of service.
