Marketing and Administration

Jennifer joined the Stratford Chefs School as Administration and Marketing Assistant shortly after moving back to her hometown of Stratford, after living for many years in Toronto. While in TO, Jennifer worked in live performance and film marketing, most recently as Associate Director of Marketing for Canadian Stage, and previously in marketing and promotions positions with Entertainment One Films and Alliance Films.

A huge cheerleader for arts, culture, and all things Stratford, and an active volunteer with the Stratford Symphony Orchestra, Jennifer is thrilled to be part of the talented team at the Stratford Chefs School, and looks forward to supporting the faculty, staff and the next generation of Chefs during their time at SCS.

Open Kitchen | 2019 Spring Explorer Course

A week long intensive sneak peek of the Stratford Chefs School’s

professional culinary arts program during March Break.

This hands-on intensive is perfect for anyone interested in examining a future career in the culinary arts. Successfully apply to the Stratford Chefs School after completing the Spring Explorer Course and have $400 applied towards the tuition for the Preparatory Course.

Monday, March 11 to Friday, March 15, 2019       10:00am – 2:00pm daily

Instructor: Eli Silverthorne        $400 per person (including HST)
