From simple to complex he has mastered a variety of flavour styles that are showcased as he doles out culinary adventures through Nosh Monday or coaxes the subtleties from a roasted cauliflower. Jon’s focus is always on making food extra delicious and he regularly applies his passion for southern food and Asian flavours as he shapes the Red Rabbit into one of Stratford’s most exciting places to eat.
