The School hosts several special events through the School year which give students opportunities to gain real-life, hands-on experience, facilitate community engagement, and raise needed funds to help maintain the quality of our Program and keep Tuition fees reasonable.

Fall Season Opener
A celebration to mark the start of Stratford Chefs School’s School year! Open to the public, the Season Opener is an opportunity to mix and mingle with our Level 2 Students and Faculty, check out the action in the Kitchens, and toast the official launch of our Fall/Winter Dinner Season.
Escoffier Dinner
The annual fine dining extravaganza celebrating Auguste Escoffier in December completes our first semester in fine style.
The Dining Room is set for the annual Escoffier Dinner.
Gala 2026 will once again be held at the stunning Elora Mill Hotel and Spa, on Sunday March 8, 2026
End of Year Gala Dinner and Auction
A fine evening of wonderful food curated by the SCS Chef Instructor Team and the Graduating Class, along with a fabulous auction of unique culinary experiences.
Graduation Ceremony
The annual celebration and awarding of Diplomas to the Graduating Class, as well as handing out Student Awards and Scholarships (by invitation only).
