Be our STUDENT FOR A DAY: Shadow a Student, Audit a Class, Tour the School.
Prospective applicants to the full time program are invited to gain hands-on insight into the School’s training regimen as student for a day, who shadows a current student, audits a Level 1 Practical Cookery class for approximately four hours, meets current students and Instructors.
After the class, a personalized campus tour and discussion hour allows prospective students to understand the format of our professional hands-on training program, and also tour the School’s facilities, ask questions, and learn about the Stratford community.
Limited Availability November through February & June through September for prospective program applicants.
