Alexandra Evans, Level One Service Instructor and Sommelier
Alexandra Evans is a certified Sommelier through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and George Brown College where she graduated with Honours in 2005. Born and raised in Toronto, she started her career over 35 years ago and had the pleasure of working at some of the city’s finest restaurants. Recently, Alex retired after working for over a decade in the dining room at Scaramouche. She is very passionate about sharing her hospitality and wine knowledge with the next generation of culinary students. As a new resident of Stratford, she’s looking forward to experiencing and contributing to everything Stratford has to offer and making new friends along the way.
