Frances Latham

Frances Latham

Former Instructor & Alumna

Having graduated from SCS after making a significant career change from the world of commercial banking, Frances remembers well the terrors of learning about service and all that being in the front of house entails. At the time she wanted to learn how to cook!

And yet, some 20+ years later, with some significant life and business experiences, she is now happily a service person who loves the dynamic of a busy restaurant. There is preparation and then there is service. Frances loves the immediacy of service and working in a dining room; every service provides its own challenges and results. She is now enjoying her retirement from SCS after many adventures at the School’s Kitchens.
