Melissa Graham

Writing & Communications Instructor

Melissa worked for many years as an actor, which means she also worked in the restaurant business! She has waitressed, bar tended, managed, dish washed, food prepped, and catered. She taught ESL for many years, studied creative writing, and worked in new play development. She worked at the Stratford Chef School as founder Eleanor Kane and Chef Baxter’s teaching assistant. Melissa’s favourite jobs has included teaching English to visiting Michelin Star chef Riccardo Camanini. Melissa is excited to be teaching Writing and Communications at the SCS this year.
