Miriam Echeverria

Canadian Guest Chef

Miriam Echeverria has been part of Toronto’s restaurant industry for many years. She has run Italian and French restaurants with a focus on crafting unique dishes that prominently feature seasonal vegetables as the main component. 

She now lives full-time in Haliburton, Ontario, working as the Executive Chef of Dimensions Algonquin Highlands, where her passion for food combines a healthier way of eating with an approach to holistic nutrition. 

Chef Miriam has a fascination for wild edibles, she forages diverse ingredients and incorporates them into her food creations using a variety of cooking techniques, mushrooms are her favourite!
