A Stratford Chef School graduate and past instructor, Sean brings creativity and calm to a world of organized chaos. A perfect fit for the Red Rabbit, Sean leads a very talented kitchen team, creating accessible food using the best products from local farmers and purveyors. His unique ability to create both complex flavours and playful, simple dishes makes The Red Rabbit an amazing spot to Nosh! Sean describes his cooking as “flavour first, ingredient driven.
