Our Canadian Guest Chef Dinner Series is officially underway! Every February at the School, prestigious Guest Chefs from around the province, and from our own backyard, are invited to bring their cuisine to Stratford Chefs School.
In January 2025, the School will launch a series of Wine Classes for the public, taught by Sommelier Alexandra Evans, Wine and Service Instructor. Learn more about Alex’s background, her passion for wine and her plan for these new classes.
