A One-of-a-Kind Dining Experience

We love creating exceptional experiences! Last weekend, a meticulously crafted, one-of-a-kind summer dinner featuring the season's finest produce was created for a wonderful and generous group of Stratford Chefs School GALA Auction lot winners to savour al fresco. The culinary delights were curated and prepared by Chef Mike Booth, the School's Purchasing Agent and Chef Instructor and Chef Randi Rudner, the School's Program Manager and Chef Instructor, who are both also co-Executive Chefs at The Prune again this season.

Al Fresco Delights

Twelve guests delighted in the abundant flavours of summer amidst the enchanting garden of hosts Nigel and Ruth Howard in the heart of Stratford.
