Randi's next position as sous chef in a restaurant owned by graduates of the Stratford Chefs School led to her enrolment in Stratford Chefs School, where she graduated with honours in 2012. For quite some time, Randi was the sous chef at Rundles Restaurant under the tutelage of Chef Neil Baxter. Since Rundles’ closing in 2017, Randi worked at several Stratford restaurants, eventually coming home to the Prune in 2019. Randi, alongside her husband, Mike Booth, have been co-head chefs of the Prune Restaurant since 2021.

Randi has many roles at Stratford Chefs School; she is the Program Manager of the School, as well as a Chef Instructor, and teaches Level 1 Commodities and Level 2 Gastronomy. As Program Manager, Randi oversees Faculty, Curriculum, and works closely with Students to ensure their success.
