CANADIAN GUEST CHEF Dinners Begin Saturday

We’re thrilled that our Canadian Guest Chefs will soon be here working with our Students to present an array of diverse, delicious prix fixe Dinner menus. These dinners are already filling up, so book your table soon!

A ton of careful planning and hard work goes into the preparation and execution of our public Dinner Labs, they are an integral part of the intensive training for our Student Chefs, who rotate through all the roles of Front and Back of house.

* The Gala requires a grand venue that can elegantly accommodate up to 180 guests for a spacious reception and formal sit down dinner.
